RETURN POLICY
You, the customer, should contact us at Sveikatos Planeta if your package has not been received within the allotted delivery time for your destination. If you do not do this and the package is returned to us, you will have to pay a second full shipping cost. If you want to make a claim related to your product, i.e. damaged in transit, mis-shipped, etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your item by email. After confirming any claim, we will immediately replenish the goods or credit your account in full. Any costs for re-shipping the product are the responsibility of Sveikatos Planeta; no additional fees are the responsibility of our customers.
PURCHASE RETURNS
Shipping charges will not be applied in the event that the wrong item has been shipped. All goods purchased from Sveikatos Planeta are manufactured in accordance with a shipping agreement. This basically means that the risk of loss and title to such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
We will gladly exchange our products that were sent the wrong ones, provided that they are returned to our store within 14 days from 14 days after invoicing and are in the same condition in which they were left. Shipping costs for returning the Sveikatos Planeta parcel will be borne by the customer, and the cost of the replacement to be sent should also be borne by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The client pays all transport, insurance and customs fees and takes responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that do not allow us to insure shipments within their borders.
DELIVERY TIME
Sveikatos Planeta will not be held liable for any other damages that may be caused by an order not completed on time.
